Loan Application Checklist

You’ll need to provide the following documents when applying for a mortgage loan. We may ask you for additional documents after your loan file has been reviewed.

• Your bank statements for the most recent three-month period, or
• A copy of the passbook for all accounts that will be used in this transaction
• Documentation of the source of any large deposits
• W-2 forms for the previous two years
• Most recent pay stubs covering a 30-day period and showing year-to-date earnings
• Signed federal tax returns for the past two years

If self-employed:

• Signed corporate/partnership tax returns for the past two years
• Profit-and-loss statement, showing year-to-date earnings, on accountant’s letterhead
